Posters must be placed before Noon on Sunday, November 24th, in order to be eligible for the competition judging.

There will be a central information and supply table with pushpins and velcro in the Exhibit Hall. Please confirm you are putting your poster in the correct location for the GFM Posters and not in the Technical Poster Section.

Your poster has a number which will be displayed on the board.  You can find out your number in the program which will be at the information desk.  Put your poster in the right place and remember you have a little less than one-half of an 8-foot long x 4-foot high poster board, i.e., 45″ x 45″, available for mounting.  Do not let your poster spread into someone else’s space.
